You can take the whole training live online, with the option to join Carolyn in person in London for two of the five modules.

All modules are taught live. This is not a pre-recorded training. If you attend online, you are part of the room throughout.
How the format works
The training has been designed so that it can be taken fully online, without feeling like a second-best option.
Modules One and Four are hybrid, which means you can join Carolyn in person in London or attend live online.
Modules Two, Three and Five are taught live online. For those joining online during the hybrid modules, care is taken to ensure that you are included fully in the teaching, discussion, practice and group experience.
This format may suit you if:

you have caring responsibilities

travel and accommodation costs would make training difficult

you want the option of in-person connection without needing to attend every module in London

you learn well in a live, interactive online space
Fees & Payment Options
There are two fee options for the 2027 Kundalini Global Level 1 Teacher Training.
Early payment fee: £3,600
The early payment fee is available when the full training balance is paid by 1 April 2027. You can pay this in one payment, or by using the four-part payment plan, as long as all four instalments are complete by 1 April 2027.
Standard fee: £3,900
After 1 April 2027, the full training fee is £3,900.
To access the lower fee, your place must be booked and the full balance paid by 1 April 2027.
The four-part payment plan is available for those booking early enough to complete all instalments by 1 April 2027.

Your fee includes the full 220-hour Kundalini Global Level 1 Teacher Training, taught live over five four-day modules, with support, supervision, assessment and access to the training materials you need during and beyond the course.

The Manuals & Recorded Training Library
Your training fee includes Carolyn’s Kundalini Global Level 1 manuals, created and written from scratch to support you through the training and beyond.
You will receive the main theory manual and the Level 1 practice manual, which contains the yoga series, breath practices, meditations, mantras and teaching material you will work with throughout the training.
On certification, you will also receive a further practice manual with additional Kundalini Global series to support your teaching as you begin to take this work into the world.
The entire training is recorded, edited and stored for you in a private Vimeo showcase. There is no time limit on access, so you can return to the teachings, practices and discussions whenever you need them.
