What You Will Learn

The Kundalini Global Level 1 Teacher Training is a 220-hour training in practice, teaching, nervous system awareness, spiritual literacy, inclusion, self-enquiry and transformation.

This is a teacher training for people who want to understand practice, the body, the mind, the nervous system, spiritual thought, group process, and the art of holding a room.

You do not have to know whether you want to teach. Many people come to the training for the qualification; many also come for the process of self-growth, reflection and transformation.
